Hello World,

Have y’all seen this viral video? It is a shocker! In the midst of a church praising the Lord as all churches do on any given Sunday morning, Beatrice Ridley walks right up to Pastor Robert Lee of World of Life Deliverance Ministry in Oklahoma and accuses him of allegedly sexually molesting her AND her sister when they were children! Apparently, the last time she saw him was several years ago because she doesn’t seem to recognize him at first, but then he identifies himself as Robert. She follows by identifying herself as Beatrice. Pastor Lee, who is wearing a white suit with a black shirt underneath, recognizes her then and says, “Bea” like he is happy to see her after all of this time. But his bubble is quickly burst… Below is the exchange…

Pastor Lee: How you doing?

Beatrice Ridley: I’m good. I’m very good now that I finally get to face you as a man now that I’m grown. (Facing the camera, eyes wide…who recorded this? I think her.) See babe, (I guess her man was with her?) this is him! He been ruining my life for a long time! Now that I have the strength to face the man himself, Robert Lee. (She points to him behind her.)

Pastor Lee: (He corrects her. ) Pastor Lee.

Beatrice Ridley: I’ve come to confront you personally. You been ruining my life. You ruined my sister’s life. You know…

Pastor Lee: (Obviously befuddled. Glasses starting to slip down her nose.) Huh? (The music is so loud it is hard to hear)

Beatrice Ridley: (After Pastor Lee leans his ear toward Beatrice Ridley’s mouth, she speaks directly in his ear.) You know what you did to me and my sister. You know.

Pastor Lee: Bea?

Beatrice Ridley: Bea. The one you molested. Bell’s or Dale’s sister (not sure if ‘Bell’  or ‘Dale’ is right. Again, the music is pumping!)

Pastor Lee: I didn’t do that.

Beatrice Ridley: (With sarcasm) You didn’t do that? You are here having church and be okay, and you didn’t do that? You didn’t do that?

Pastor Lee: (Finally noticing the camera, he says something about her recording the exchange.)

Beatrice Ridley: I want peace and life. I want you to apologize for what you did.

Pastor Lee: (Surprisingly to me) Okay, I apologize. (I’m not sure if this is an admission of guilt or just a way to stop the confrontation.)

Beatrice Ridley:  You apologize?

Pastor Lee: Yeah, I apologize.

Beatrice Ridley: (Shaking his hand with the praise team in the background, oblivious to what is going on at the back of the church.) Thank you. Apology accepted.

The video ends then with Beatrice nodding in satisfaction.

I don’t know if Pastor Lee is guilty of sexually molesting Beatrice Ridley and her sister , but do you think it was right for her to confront him in church?
